Art Of Melody Music & Burning Minds Music Group  are proud to announce the signing of Lexyia, a new rising talent on the Italian AOR scene.

Lexyia’s talent has remained hidden from the general public, showcased only through live performances with her cover band, Winona Joyce. Thanks to her sharing these performances on social media, the singer caught the attention of Pierpaolo “Zorro” Monti, A&R of Burning Minds Music Group. Struck by her voice and artistic potential, he invited her to take part as lead vocalist on the single, “I’m Alive”, which marked the return of Shining Line after fifteen years of silence.

Pierpaolo states: “I’m thrilled to work with such a promising emerging vocalist as Lexyia. In our first collaboration for Shining Line’s single, ‘I’m Alive’, she has shown remarkable talent still waiting to be fully realized. She also brings great maturity and balance in the way she approaches this new adventure. Nowadays, it’s not easy to find musicians capable of handling a challenge of this kind with the right mindset.”

The enthusiastic feedback received from AOR media outlets and fans confirmed the newcomer’s abilities. Subsequently, Pierpaolo and Burning Minds’ label manager, Stefano Gottardi, offered her a record deal for her debut album.

The record will be produced by Pierpaolo and Davide “Dave Rox” Barbieri, with songwriting contributions from several musicians within the Burning Minds Music Group roster. Lexyia will be writing the lyrics, supported by Pierpaolo and novelist Peter Darley, bringing a clearly defined artistic vision to the project.

Lexyia says: “Joining the Burning Minds Music Group family is the realization of the dream of a little girl who pretended to be a singer. I still recall using a hairbrush as a microphone, and notebooks full of lyrics written in almost improvised English. My amazing producers and vocal coaches, Pierpaolo Monti and Davide Barbieri (whom I can never thank enough), are doing an exceptional job and giving me the chance to express myself and tell my story through something truly my own. I can’t wait to enter the studio to bring this album to life. I want to thank Stefano for this opportunity, as well as all the talented contributors who will be part of this project.”

The album will be mixed and mastered by Roberto Priori (Danger Zone, Wheels Of Fire, Raintimes, Michele Luppi, StreetLore, Night Pleasure Hotel, Backlash) at Pri Studio, with the goal of ensuring top‑tier sound for this debut release. Further details about the album, including the backing band that will accompany Lexyia, will be revealed in the coming months.
