ALAN JACKSON ‘WHERE HAVE YOU GONE’ returns country music to it’s roots

Album set to release May 14th

Alan Jackson is BACK with a new album filled with all the things we truest love about country music. Especially the fact, this album is the first true country albums released in years and has 15 tracks written/co written by the Country Music Legend. WHERE HAVE YOU GONE is already being raved by fans with the five songs already released off the upcoming album which is due to release May 14th.


Alan Jackson released one of the new songs, “You’ll Always Be My Baby (Written for Daughters’ Weddings)” listen HERE. Penned solely by the Hall of Fame songwriter, Jackson shares, “I wrote the song for Mattie’s wedding the summer of 2017, but it was so hard to do. I told ’em, ‘I wrote this for allof you,’” referencing his three daughters, Mattie, Ali, and Dani. 

“You’ll Always Be My Baby (Written for Daughters’ Weddings)” is the latest track off Jackson’s upcoming May 14album, Where Have You Gone. The iconic songwriter wrote 15 songs on the highly anticipated 21-song collection including the recently released tracks “Where Have You Gone” and “Way Down in My Whiskey.” Fans can listen to all three of those titles along with the poignant “Things That Matter” HERE and pre-order Where Have You Gone HERE

Jackson is also set to perform “You’ll Always Be My Baby (Written for Daughters’ Weddings)” in a special mashup with his quintessential country hit “Drive (For Daddy Gene)” on the 56th Academy of Country Music Awards this Sunday, April 18 on CBS.
