Diamonds and Whiskey band are a Rocking Country band from the Hills Of Charlotte North Carolina That are making waves all over the globe. Singer and Founding Member Jennifer Lauren leading the way! Jennifer is an energetic , give it all She’s got firecracker with a heart of gold. A combination of Bar room Beauty, Beauty Queen and hellraiser rolled into one. With Soaring Vocals your going to want to see this gal! 2019 and 2022 the band won Carolina Music Awards Band of the year. They have also won numerous other awards. They have Shared The Stage With Numerous Other Artists Like Lee Greenwood, Sammy Kershaw, Lonestar, Love and Theft, The Outlaws, Kool and The Gang, The Kentucky Headhunters, Little Texas, Travis Tritt and Many Many More! They have Just returned from a month’s long tour in the UK to which almost every show was a sellout! Jennifer Likes everything From Dolly Parton to Heart to Eminem. The Band supplies Hard Driving guitar riffs along with Jennifers Awesome vocals. She started out singing in church and has been classically trained . Shes a Huge Supporter of our Veterans so naturally she jumped at the chance to play the Frontiers Garden Benefit.
So Saturday June 8th 2024 Diamond and Whiskey Made their way to the small town of Sweetwater Tennessee. It was The Bands first time playing Tennessee Too. They Headlined The Frontiers Garden Benefit at the Sweetwater Taps. Frontiers Garden is a nonprofit organization that started in 2020 to help Veterans and frontline workers who are suffering from PTSD . Please go to http://www.frontlinegardens.org for more information on this wonderful organization. Opening the show was two of her band members doing an acoustic set of cover songs. They did a great job Entertaining the crowd. Justin Biltonen was up next. It was Him and his guitar playing his original country songs. He did a great set, the crowd seemed to love him . Justin is also the bass player for 3 Doors down and will be going on tour with 3 Doors Down and the band Creed This summer and fall.
Up next was the Headliner Diamonds and Whiskey! They Took to the stage and Jennifer was a ball of fire! Hopping all over that stage. Not sure why it was just the four of them as they didn’t have a drummer that night but they still sounded great. They Did a Mixture of cover songs and originals. Some of my favorite songs they do in no particular order are : “Blonde Ambition” , “ Hooks” , “Muddy Water” “Sugarstick”, “Hero” ( Which was Produced by Chet Roberts -3 Doors Down). I also picked up their album “Heartbreak Queen” produced by Dale Penner( Nickleback)which has several of the songs I mention above on it. It has gotten Rave reviews and I have to agree It’s a Great Album! I really Enjoyed seeing the band live too. The End of The Night Jennifer brought out Justin Biltonen up to the stage to sing the classic song ” Two Dozen Roses” (Shenandoah) With Her and the band. It was Wonderful ending to a Great night! “Blood In The Water “is their next single to be released so be on the lookout for that. Chet Roberts ( 3 Doors Down ) is producing their new album. Release date hasn’t been determined yet but get ready for another Awesome Diamonds and Whiskey Album! I Highly recommend going and seeing this band they are wonderful live! They are a lot of fun!
