NASHVILLE, TN (October 30, 2025) – Celebrated outdoorsman, conservationist and television personality Bill Booth, best known from the History Channel’s Swamp People: Serpent Invasion and his long running series Bill Booth Outdoors, is back with a new series of outdoor adventures — this time with rising country music stars Ben Gallaher and Spencer Hatcher along for the ride.
Available now on the Bill Booth Outdoors YouTube Channel, Episode One of Bill Booth Outdoors: Gators & Guitars features Quartz Hill Music Group artists Gallaher and Hatcher scouring the swampland of central Florida by boat and land as they work alongside Booth to help control the local alligator population. Over the course of the episode, the group searches for two 10 and 11-foot alligators threatening area cattle and local farmers’ livelihoods.
“Working with Ben and Spencer on this project was an absolute blast. We weren’t just chasing alligators — we were helping manage a healthy population that can threaten local livestock and wetlands if left unchecked. Both of those guys rolled up their sleeves and went all in, from running lines to hauling gators into the boat. They brought the same energy and authenticity they put into their music. That’s what Gators & Guitars is all about — real people, real conservation, and a shared respect for the outdoors,” says Booth.
The episode isn’t all work and no play. Gallaher and Hatcher also perform some of their latest music and show off their pickin’ skills during breaks at the trio’s camp, merging the worlds of hunting, conservation and country music. In fact, Gallaher’s swampy, toe-tappin’ viral hit “Stomp” serves as the theme song for the series.
Booth partnered with acclaimed Emmy-nominated director Jamie Holland on the project. Holland brings 30+ years of global experience behind the lens working with many of the major networks. Known for capturing raw, immersive visuals, Holland’s masterful eye elevates Bill Booth Outdoors into a cinematic experience that rivals top-tier outdoor productions.

About Ben Gallaher
QHMG/ Stone Country Records rising star Ben Gallaher clocks back in with more melody-driven, heartland country rock and roll on his arena-ready sophomore album, Time, available now. Produced by Neil and Patrick Thrasher, Time is the latest release from a self-taught, modern-day guitar hero who hit the highway as a teenager, kickstarting an acclaimed career that has since taken the songwriter from small-town Pennsylvania—where he grew up listening to ’90s acts like Brooks & Dunn, Tim McGraw and BlackHawk—to stages across the country, opening for Blake Shelton, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Hank Williams Jr, Lee Brice and more.
The road eventually led Gallaher to Nashville, where he established himself as a triple threat—a singer, songwriter and head-turning lead guitarist. In a town full of guitar slingers, Gallaher immediately stood out, playing riffs and solos that were every bit as melodic as his songs.
Lauded as one of the “20 Best Guitarists in Country Music” (of all time) by Taste of Country, as “a promising young songwriter” by American Songwriter and by CMT for his “authentic artistry,” Gallaher’s “Stomp” guitar riff quickly became a viral sensation, generating 40 million organic social views and earning the rising star nearly half a million social media followers. The riff has inspired more than 10,000 fan-created videos to date and earned praise from A-listers including guitar hero Peter Frampton and multimedia superstar Kristin Chenowith. Wide Open Country even named Gallaher one of its “10 TikTok Country Singers That Need To Be on Your Radar.”

About Spencer Hatcher
QHMG/ Stone Country Records’ Spencer Hatcher is a bluegrass-influenced country artist who was raised on a farm in the heartland of Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. By the age of 11, Hatcher was already playing his five-string banjo in his family’s bluegrass band. In 2020, he formed his own country band, backed by younger brother Connor Hatcher, a bass prodigy and “blood harmony” supporting vocalist. Dubbed the “String King” by his hometown newspaper and quickly developing a reputation across Virginia and neighboring states as an exciting live performer, Hatcher self-booked and played more than 150 shows a year in both 2023 and 2024, often setting venue attendance records.
Lauded by Saving Country Music as “one of the most promising up-and-coming voices in traditional country music,” Hatcher has built a strong fanbase, including more than 900,000 social media followers. The rising star has amassed over 60 million views, including 8.6 million likes on TikTok alone. This led to a high-profile partnership with PepsiCo, with Hatcher co-writing and performing a bluegrass jingle for a nationwide commercial for Mountain Dew Major Melon.
Hatcher’s debut EP, Honky Tonk Hideaway, is slated for release on Nov. 7 and is currently available for pre-add / pre-save. Hatcher’s debut single, “When She Calls Me Cowboy,” impacts U.S. Country Radio on Nov. 3.
