The North America Country Music Association International Hall Of Fame Inductions and Awards 2026

The North America Country Music Association International Hall of Fame Inductions and Awards show was held this past weekend in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. Brought to you by Founder Peggy Franck and Co-CEO Brian Orr.  The Country Tonight Theater was definitely the place to be Saturday night. This year’s Hall of Fame inductees were Dallas Wayne, Con  Hunley, The Malpass Brothers, Ken Mellon, Stevie Lee Woods and David Wills. Backstage the rooms were all abuzz.  Artists talking and hugging, . They had 2 guitars an electric and an acoustic that they had the artist sign. To start off the night they brought out a big American Flag to the stage and had some ladies sing The Star-Spangled Banner, and God Bless America.

The inductions and show was once again, hosted by Jennifer Herron broadcast journalist from Nashville, Tennessee. Each artist took to the stage one at a time. they performed a few songs then were inducted. There was a surprise moment because Peggy Franck

The Founder of  the North America Country Music Association International was surprised by none other than country legend Donna Fargo!, (Donna is also a Hall of Fame member ). Donna, came out and inducted Peggy Franck into the hall of fame for all her wonderful work.

Congratulations Peggy!. 

Here is a rundown of each artist.

Dallas Wayne:

Dallas Wayne, Is From Springfield Missouri. He Is a Singer/Songwriter and DJ Actor and Producer. Dallas Won the living legend award. He also won The Radio Station of the year for Sirus XM for Willy’s Roadhouse. One of the songs that he sang, was ” Not a Dry Eye in The House” .

Con Hunley:

Con Hunley grew up in Fountain City in Knoxville Tennessee . Singing in churches with his family, He was also in the US. Air force. He played the clubs in Knoxville, Tennessee. He had his brother and sister appear on stage with him at the induction show at the Country Tonight Theater. One of the songs that he sang was his popular song called ” Oh Girl”. Con Hunley Also won The Living Legend Award.

The Malpass Brothers:

  The Malpass Brothers, Chris and Taylor Malpass are from North Carolina. They look like they stepped right out of the past. They are best known as modern day troubadours for traditional country music . They got their start like most in church. They were the opening act for Merle Haggard for 7 years and Merle Haggard actually produced their debut album. These guys are the real deal. Traditional country with the pompadour hair and flashy suits. You would think you stepped back in time. They are true traditional music. One of the songs they performed was “The Fugitive.” They also got The Legendary Singer-songwriter Leona Williams up to sing a song with them, called ” High On A Hilltop”. They were joking on stage about the pompadour hair that didn’t move and that got the crowd laughing. They also have a Tv show RFD Tv and are selling out all over the country.

Ken Mellons:

Ken Mellons is from Kingsport, Tennessee. He’s a singer-songwriter and is now residing in the Nashville area. He has written songs for many artists, Like Tracy Lawrence, George Strait. And many others. His big hit was called “Jukebox Junkie” .And he performed that at the induction and had the crowd singing along.

Stevie Lee Woods:

Stevie Lee Woods is from Bluefield Virginia. But now resides in Branson, Missouri, Stevie is actually pretty legendary in Branson. So Go see Stevie Lee Woods & The Nashville Roadhouse Live Band. Guaranteed a good time. Along with Stevie Being Inducted. The Nashville Roadhouse Theater also won Theater of The Year. He sang “The Girls All Get Prettier at Closing Time”. “It’s Good Time To Go Home”. And he also sang his version of the popular Elton John’s song called “Something About The Way You look Tonight”. He’s a very energetic and charismatic entertainer. A blend of classic country and Rock and Roll and his slogan is “Where Country Meets Rock and Roll.

David Wills:

David Was born in Pulaski, Tennessee He is a singer-songwriter. One of the songs that he performed was “Wild Horses” that he wrote for Garth Brooks. He also performed “If You Think You Want a Stranger” and also “There’s a Song on The Jukebox”. He sounded Great live.

We also got to hear Donna Fargo’s new song that has not hit radio yet. Called “Small Town Hillbilly- Good Time”. Her new album will be out soon.

The finale of the night was when all the inductees joined together on stage to sing a rousing rendition of the songs. “I’ll Fly Away” , and “I Saw The Light”. All the Artist were Great and everyone had a wonderful time. After The show the artists went outside in the lobby to meet and greet the fans. Lines were long but everyone was smiling and having a great time. Be sure and check out all the artists to see what they are up to and where they will be next.
