The husband-and-wife duo has been nominated for a Gospel Music Association (GMA) Dove Award for Bluegrass Country Roots Album of the Year for their current album, Soul Condition, while their collaboration with John Cowan (Doobie Brothers, New Grass Revival, Sky Kings) on “You Don’t Knock” has earned an International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) Award nomination for Gospel Recording of the Year. The nominations further highlight the duo’s ability to blend traditional bluegrass, gospel, and Americana while continuing to connect with audiences through heartfelt performances and meaningful storytelling. ABOUT DARIN & BROOKE ALDRIDGE
Darin and Brooke Aldridge continue to ascend to new heights in the music industry while keeping their easy-going, down-to-earth connection with audiences everywhere. Brooke is a four-time winner of the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) award for Female Vocalist of the Year, while Darin, a former member of The Country Gentlemen, is a former IBMA Mentor of the Year and a truly gifted singer and multi-instrumentalist. They have had numerous nominations over the years from the IBMA, the Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music in America (SPBGMA), the Gospel Music Association (GMA Dove Awards), and the Inspirational Country Music Association.
