Matt Rogers releases music video for hit “Richest Place On Earth”

“I couldn’t be more proud of this video. This is one of my favorite, if not my favorite, songs that I’ve ever written. It’s my personal story of leaving a full-time job, moving to Nashville and not halfway pursuing this dream, but jumping head first,” says Rogers. “So seeing this song come to life in the video was a humbling experience for me. Especially considering the entire video was filmed in my hometown and countless people who support me volunteered time, services and specific things we needed to make the video possible. Everything about this video is Eatonton, GA. From the film and production crew, to the locations, to the actors. I tell them all the time how I just want to make my family and hometown proud. I’m excited to share a little bit of my hometown with this video.”

About Matt Rogers:

2018 is shaping up to be another groundbreaking year for Rogers. He started the New Year by debuting the lyric video for his second single, “Britches,” exclusively on the popular country music outlet, The Boot. The January release followed many career milestones in 2017, including becoming the first Brand Ambassador for Durango Boots. “Matt has a rich, unique and bold style to his music that authentically connects to his fans which is the type of artist that represents our brand perfectly,” says Erin DeLong, Durango Marketing Manager. Breedlove guitars and 64 Audio also sponsor Rogers.

Matt released his EP, Richest Place On Earth, in May of 2017 ahead of his first appearance as an Emerging Artist at CMA Fest’s Fan Fair X where he spent four days meeting 80k+ fans from across the world and performing at some of Music City’s legendary venues such as the Bluebird Café and Wildhorse Saloon. Matt’s touring schedule is continuing to grow, spanning across the country. “I’m really excited to re-connect with my fans that have been supporting me for so long and to get the chance to connect with some new fans along the way,” says Matt. “I can’t wait to get on stage and share my new music I’ve worked so hard on with them.”
