Cheri Loope Release’s Solo Album!

Cheri Loope is an Energetic Powerhouse vocalist, accomplished Rock Singer and Keyboardist. She is not new to the music scene. Cheri has been singing and playing Rock for 40 years. She Started out going on the road in 1985 playing The Southeast Circuit several different bands like Armoured Charm, White Wing, The Zoo, Cheri Loope and the Living Daylights, Lois Lane ( With Zoltan Chaney Drummer Extraordinaire now with Vince Neil) and Avalanche .While in Avalanche They opened For the Black Crowes (1990) along with Ace Frehley, The Smithereens and more. She took a break from the road, moved to Nashville. after many musical projects. She then moved to Knoxville Tennessee in 2011 and started the band Hardwired . She has Played The Rock Legends Cruise Twice. In 2019 She played with members of the band Foghat. Hardwired also opened for Jake E Lee’s Red Dragon Cartel (2016). L.A. Guns (2017). Foghat and Pat Travers (2019.) Cheri has Played The Monsters On The Mountain Rock Festival.(2021 and 2022) she played at Sallybrooke Farmin Bacliffe Texas with Kirk Mckim( Billybob Thortons Boxmasters) & Pat Travers and Pat Marchino ( Pat Travers band), Shes also sang on the Monsters of Rock Cruise(2022) with members of Vixen, Resist and Bite and Black & Blue. She also did the Rare Hair Jam in Nashville For Michael Wagener along side Jack Gibson of Exodus. Shes one Busy Lady!
She Has never done a solo album until now . It is just simply titled Cheri Loope.
the 10 song album was recorded at Obscenic Arts Studio in Dillsburg Pennsylvania. The Same studio Jake E Lee and Red Dragon Cartel Recorded their last album Pantina! It was Produced , Engineered and Mixed by Anthony Esposito( Lynch Mob/ Jake E Lee Red Dragon Cartel) and He also played on the album too! and did a wonderful job! It was mastered By Roger Lian.
The songs on the Album were mostly written by Cheri and Anthony Esposito. She did do a couple cover songs. Move Over (Janis Joplin) and Stand By You ( The Pretenders)And Did a Great Job on Them! . She Sang About Her Mothers Dementia and her Oldest Sons Addiction. Also about her ” Crazy Ass Life” The Album Is Mostly Modern Rock With a Touch Of Classic Rock Thrown In. I Really Enjoyed It. Some Of My Favorite Songs Off The Album are : “Crazy Ass Life” Which Totally Rocks. ” Fire In The Sky” also a Rocker. ” Love Never Dies” and Here With You Again” are Beautiful. I also got to attend and photograph her album release party. It was Held At The Famous Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson The Shed. ( Owner Scott Maddux)Where Cheri has played often. She Had members of the Asheville North Carolina Band Rip Haven as her Backing band that night. They Did a wonderful job and it was Great Getting To Hear The Songs Live!
