| (Nashville, TN, April 14, 2026) Parmalee’s latest Stoney Creek Records radio single, “God Knew Better” secured the accolade of No. 1 most added with 65 adds across Country Aircheck/Mediabase and Billboard. The emotionally charged track is a mid-tempo ballad that thanks God for sending the one woman who could calm a reckless heart. Co-written by Abram Dean, David Fanning, Jamie Collazo, Andy Albert, and the band, Parmalee describes the track as “like running into an old friend you didn’t know you needed to see.” The song “God Knew Better” is off Parmalee’s latest album, Fell In Love With A Cowgirl. The radio single follows their fifth consecutive number one hit (sixth total) “Cowgirl,” which was the band’s longest-running number one single, and was the longest-running number one by a band in nearly 14 years on the Billboard Country Airplay chart. Parmalee is hitting the road this spring/summer.Upcoming tour dates: |

About Parmalee:
With over 1.6 billion streams, six number one country hits, and a growing list of platinum singles, Parmalee has cemented their place as a hit-making powerhouse. Known for their hook-heavy sound that doesn’t just dominate the genre – it crushes charts, radio, and playlists, solidifying their legacy as a staple in today’s country music. Comprised of brothers Matt and Scott Thomas (lead vocals/guitar and drums, respectively), cousin Barry Knox (bass), and lifelong friend Josh McSwain, the North Carolina-bred band most recently topped the charts with their latest single, “Cowgirl,” the lead release from the album, Fell In Love With A Cowgirl. This milestone marks Parmalee’s fifth consecutive number one following the massive success of number one fan favorites “Take My Name” (Billboard’s most-played country song of 2022), “Girl In Mine” (Billboard’s 8th most-played country song of 2023), “Just the Way” with Blanco Brown, and the emotional ballad “Gonna Love You” that revisited the near-death experience the band endured earlier in their career. Known for their explosive live shows, the band just wrapped their 2025 “Feels Like Home” Tour and released the deeply personal track “How Do I Let You Go.” With acclaimed nods from the ACMs, iHeartRadio, and AMAs, Parmalee is more than a chart force—they’re a live-show experience built to last.
