MUSIC CITY POWER COMPANY SIGNS RISING SINGER/SONGWRITER LILLY MOSS
21-YEAR-OLD COUNTRY NEWCOMER SHARES
FIERY DEBUT SINGLE “DEATH OF ME”
NASHVILLE, TENN. (June 22, 2026) — Music City Power Company is thrilled to announce the signing of Country newcomer Lilly Moss. In a spectacular kickoff to her partnership with the forward-thinking artist development and music marketing hub, the 21-year-old singer/songwriter released her debut single “Death of Me” on Friday 6/19. Go here to listen to “Death of Me” now.

Born and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Moss is the second signing to Music City Power Company — a venture launched earlier this year as an extension of Galaxy Label Group, the independent label founded by Preston Brust and Chris Lucas of PLATINUM-selling duo LOCASH, and manager Skip Bishop. With “Death of Me,” the rising young star offers a striking introduction to her artistry, delivering a pulse-pounding anthem where chemistry and chaos go hand in hand.

Produced by
Moss, Aaron Goodvin, and Eric Torres, “Death of Me” brings her understated yet spellbinding voice to a combustible tale of danger and desire. In a perfect counterpart to the song’s fiery intensity, Moss delivers every line with both soulful grit and self-possessed attitude (from the first verse: “The devil in those Wrangler jeans, looking like a sin…Like swimming when the lightning strikes, hell, I’m diving in”). As the tension builds and the drama heats up, her mesmerizing vocals merge with masterful performances from first-rate musicians like keyboardist David Dorn (Ella Langley, Luke Bryan) and Dobro/steel guitarist Smith Curry (Taylor Swift, Billy Currington). Written by Lauren Hungate, Caroline Watkins, Lauren Watkins, Mackenzie Carpenter, Nicole Croteau, and Emily Landis, “Death of Me” ultimately showcases a self-assured new artist already in full command of her formidable talents.

Fresh off the stage at Barefoot Country Music Fest in Wildwood, NJ on Sunday (6/21), Moss first discovered her deep passion for music as a little girl and started penning her own songs at age 16. Influenced by a diverse range of artists, from Jason Isbell and Adele, to Chris Stapleton, Miranda Lambert, Kassi Ashton, and Ella Langley, she began releasing music at 19 and soon gained traction with unforgettably poignant songs like “Heartbreak Summer” (featured on coveted playlists like Spotify’s All New Country). Increasingly recognized for the resilient spirit and emotional depth at the core of her songwriting, she’s also a childhood cancer survivor and devoted advocate for childhood cancer awareness and patient support initiatives. Through songs marked by hope, heart, and unbridled authenticity, Moss has already established herself as a one-of-a-kind storyteller whose music creates a lasting connection with her fast-growing fanbase.

Founded by LOCASH’s Preston Brust and Chris Lucas, manager Skip Bishop, and Canadian artist-turned-entrepreneur Shane Harluk, Music City Power Company offers a wide-ranging suite of services spanning A&R, distribution, radio promotion, creative direction, and marketing — all with the mission of bridging the gap between creative vision and real-world market execution.
