June 19, 2021 Will be a Day They Remember for a long time as The Georgia Thunderbolts make their Headlining debut at The Famous Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson “ The Shed” In Maryville Tennessee. The Georgia Thunderbolts Hailing from Rome Georgia are no stranger to The Shed. They Have played there several times before opening for Acts like The Kentucky Headhunters, Blackberry Smoke Just to name a few. But This Time it was their time to shine! and Shine they Did!!
Opening the show was a duo called Early James. Just Early His Guitar, his Duo Partner on a big Stand Up Bass. They Did a Good Set priming the audience . Then It was Time For The Georgia Thunderbolts! They Took to the stage to a roar of the crowd screaming and hollering for them!! These Guys are the real deal! Bringing their high energy show. They Wasted no time getting the party started! ” Lend a Hand” and “ Old Friend” are a few of my favorites they do! But I don’t think I’ve heard any they do that I don’t like. They mostly do their own songs but throwing in a few cover tunes. Like Blackfoot’s, “Wishing Well” Allman Brothers “Midnight Rider” and doing a killer job on them too might I add! They Had a Big Roar from the crowd for their new song “ Take It Slow” its a Great song and sounds Great live. They Also have a new video out for it too so be sure and check it out.
People had come from all over the country to see them play and I kept hearing how” killer the show was” and “ How Awesome They are” after it was over and on social media too. I will have to agree! No doubt about it they are The Hottest new Rock band out there .
The Band is comprised of T.J. Lyle on Vocals. Riley Couzzourt Lead Guitar. Bristol Perry on Drums. Zach Everett on Bass. Logan Tolbert Guitar. T. J. with his cool On Stage persona and killer voice will soon lead to him letting out the Huge scream that you will feel all the way to your toes! and The end of the show he was jumping off the drum riser high up in the air in boots! Riley is all over the place Rocking out hair flying but always smiling! Bristol is just a beast on those drums pounding away keeping the rhythm looking cool in his shades the whole time. Zach is the epitome of cool on bass the whole time. and Logan is always Rocking out and making those awesome rocker faces doing it.
