Black Veil Brides, Motionless in White, and Ice Nine Kills came to Norfolk to finish off their tour featuring all three bands as headliners. Fame on Fire joined them to open and get things started.

Part concert and part theatrical performance, this was a night where the crowd, who usually dresses up in costume and makeup, was met with stiff competition from the stage.
