“Turn This Town (Into a Honky Tonk)” follows a string of well-received releases from Hatcher, including “Any Other Girl,” which showcased his emotionally driven vocal style and classic country influences. The new release leans into the heartbreak-and-highway spirit that has become central to Hatcher’s growing identity as an artist, pairing small-town imagery with a driving country sound built for late nights and loud singalongs.

Once again, Hatcher enlists award-winning producers and songwriters for “Turn This Town (Into a Honky Tonk).” Jason Sellers, Ilya Toshinskiy and Mickey Jack Cones produced the track, written by Spencer Hatcher, Connor Hatcher, Nathan Woodard and Tim Owens.

Stone Country Records’ Spencer Hatcher is a bluegrass-influenced country artist who was raised on a farm in the heartland of Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. By the age of 11, he was already playing his five-string banjo in his family’s bluegrass band.
